MOVE MONDAY // PLANK TOE TAP
Begin in plank position, hands shoulder distance apart, feet hip distance and core braced. Hover the right foot off the ground, draw the right leg forward, bringing the knee to the right elbow. Lift your left hand, reach back and tap your right inner foot. Return to your starting plank position. Hold for a moment. Repeat 15 on each side.
