Foundation, balance, power, and endurance – these fab four elements of strength are all critical components of a well-rounded fitness routine. They work TOGETHER, but to truly excel you need to address each killer component INDEPENDENTLY. I have teamed up with Lorna Jane to bring you a four part workout series and get you into tip top shape. Last week we kicked off the series with a foundation workout rooted in Pilates movements.
This week we are focusing on POWER with High Intensity Interval training and explosive exercises to get you hitting harder and jumping higher.
