NO SUGAR WEEK // DAY 1 // THE RULES

Good morning lovelies! Today is the day we start our NO SUGAR WEEK! Get excited! This week is all about breaking our mental and physical addictions to sugar – we are hoping to notice the hidden sugar traps in our diets, exercise our willpower for a good cause, reset our taste buds and reform a few old habits.

All week I will share recipes/ suggestions/ motivation for our week off sugar. JOIN me! Tag me in your sugar-free pics and I will repost as the week goes on.

No Sugar Challenge Rules:

  1. No ADDED sugar. This means if it’s not a whole food you need to read those ingredients closely.
  2. No sugar SUBSTITUTES. In order to reset our taste buds and our mental addiction these have to go too.
  3. No alcohol. Don’t forget to leave out this sugar bomb.
  4. THREE pieces of fruit max daily. Yes fruit has sugar, but it’s naturally portioned out for you with fiber, vitamins and minerals. We do limit it here, just to stay away from too much of that sugary taste.
