Thank you Viva Glam Magazine for pointing out that toned, fit physiques are taking over the runways! I had  blast illustrating some of the new hot fitness trends that models everywhere are turning to to get into tip top shape. Body weight training is a model favorite — with no props or gyms needed body weight training is a powerful way to workout while traveling. For my non-model friends — it is also cost effective and easy to fit into your daily life. Models today know the importance of strength training to keep everything tight and firm on the runway. Many of these beautiful ladies also know the value of variety, practicing ballet and Pilates as well as boxing and Muay Thai allows them to constantly surprise and trick their muscles.
