Gabrielle D’Addario interviews me for California Life TV, to find out the workout and nutritional tips I teach my prenatal clients so they can enjoy a healthy, happy, and fit pregnancy. We discuss steady weight gain, exercises to ease delivery, and post-natal recovery. I give you specific exercises to strengthen you pelvic floor and inner thighs to strengthen the “delivery” muscles, upper body exercises to get you ready for hugging and holding baby, as well as tips to curb cravings while providing you and baby with needed energy.
